I turn project
understanding into
compelling communication
A strategic project
agency garage
The starting point is never a blank page. I bring proven concepts, practical tools, and experience. But they are building blocks—not a finished package.
In the project garage, we work with what is actually there: your projects, your processes, your tools, and the issues people bring into the room. What works stays. What creates unnecessary bureaucracy goes. What is missing is developed together.
The agenda gives us direction, but it does not get in the way of the work. If a real issue becomes more important than the next agenda item, we stay with it. Because project understanding only creates value when it becomes something people can use in their real work.
The garage stays the same. What we work on inside it depends on what your organization needs.

In-house program
The in-house format brings The Foundation directly into your organization. It gives project teams, departments, or participants from across the company a shared and practical basis for managing projects.
The workshop can be delivered once for a defined group, repeated for several groups, or developed into a structured training initiative across departments, locations, or the entire organization.

A workshop — or the start of
something bigger
One project team or department
Build a common project management foundation within a project team or department. Participants develop a shared understanding of project planning, execution, responsibilities, and follow-up that they can apply directly in their work.
Multiple groups across the organization
Train your human stars from different departments, functions, or locations through a coordinated series of workshops. This supports a consistent approach to project work across organizational boundaries without requiring every group to attend at the same time.
An indivual development program
The Foundation remains the professional basis of the workshop. Where appropriate, the agenda can be adapted to reflect your organization’s project environment, including:
Internal project management processes and guidelines
Existing project management handbooks
Company-specific terminology, roles, and responsibilities
Internal templates, tools, and working practices
Particular priorities or recurring project challenges
Real projects and situations from the participants’ day-to-day work
This allows participants to connect the workshop directly to their working environment while preserving a coherent and practical project management foundation.

The schedule can be aligned with the organization’s operational needs. If the total workshop duration is shortened, content priorities and scope are agreed in advance so that the format remains realistic and useful.

Keep the budget sane
For organizations training a larger group, an in-house format can also be more cost-effective per participant than multiple individual registrations for the open workshop.
Pricing is prepared individually and is based on the scope, duration, delivery format, number of participants or workshop groups, level of customization, and—where applicable—travel requirements.
