These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all professional services, programs, and educational offerings provided by Beate Lauf LLC.

1. Services

Beate Lauf LLC provides professional services in the areas of project management, organizational project management, leadership in project environments, and decision capability.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Educational programs and seminars

  • Workshops and training sessions

  • Advisory and facilitation services

  • Online, on-site, or hybrid delivery formats

  • Supporting materials provided in connection with these services

All services are offered in a professional and practice-oriented context.

All services are provided as professional educational and advisory services.
No specific business results or outcomes are guaranteed.
Beate Lauf LLC does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. Payments and Currency

All prices and invoices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment systems.

Clients are responsible for any bank fees, transaction costs, or currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are made by individual agreement or through the website.

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the seminar date are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the seminar date are subject to a 50% fee.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the seminar date are non-refundable.

Substitutions are permitted at any time at no additional cost.

If the seminar is cancelled by the organizer, any fees paid will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.

Any exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Beate Lauf LLC.

4. Use of AI in Services

AI-supported tools may be used as analytical, structuring, or decision-support instruments within certain services.

  • All AI-supported activities occur under human direction and professional responsibility.

  • No client data, content, or session material is used to train or improve public AI models.

  • Confidentiality and professional judgment remain the foundation of all services.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, methodologies, and content provided by Beate Lauf LLC are protected by intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written permission from Beate Lauf LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided in good faith and based on professional experience and judgment.

Beate Lauf LLC shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of provided materials.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the client’s own responsibility.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Utah County, Utah.
