Project Management
Foundation
Each workshop is adapted to your project environment, working processes, and current challenges. The focus areas show the direction of the workshop, not a fixed seminar agenda.
Before the workshop
When project management is not aligned, each team begins to run projects in its own way. Terminology drifts and leads to misunderstandings. Planning varies in structure and depth, which makes it harder to compare and harder to use consistently across the organization. Roles are often unclear, so responsibilities are interpreted differently. As a result, coordination becomes more difficult, progress tracking turns vague, and project outcomes become less consistent than they should be.
Workshop focus
- Goals, scope, planning, roles, risks, and follow-up
- Shared project language, roles, and responsibilities
- Practical templates and routines that support consistent project work
- Decision points, handovers, and escalation paths
- Alignment between existing processes and daily project reality
In the workshop
The workshop combines brief input sessions with practical work on the participants’ actual projects. We address topics such as goals, scope, roles, risks, stakeholders, planning, monitoring and controlling, and project closure in a way that creates a shared language and a practical foundation for day-to-day project work. Participants also learn how these elements fit together and how they influence timeline, cost, quality, and stakeholder communication. We work actively with flipcharts and sticky notes. PowerPoint is used only in rare exceptions to keep the workshop practical and focused.
After the workshop
- A clearer shared understanding of how projects should be run
- More consistent planning and follow-up across teams
- A practical working basis that can be used immediately
- Better transparency across projects and project roles
- Stronger comparability across the project landscape
