Continuous
project check

At agreed intervals—or whenever a project needs a second look—I review selected live projects from the outside, identify where plans, coordination, risks, or decisions need adjustment, and give clear recommendations on what to change next. I can support these adjustments where needed, but I do not stay embedded between check-ins.

When companies use this format

This format is useful when a project needs regular outside review, but not permanent outside involvement.

  • When project teams are still building project experience and routine
  • When the organization runs projects, but project work is not yet well established across teams
  • When a strategically important project leaves little room for drift, delay, or preventable mistakes
  • When teams are working under limited capacity and small coordination problems quickly become delivery problems
  • When management wants a clear outside view at regular intervals or key decision points

How the check works

We agree which projects, phases, or decision points should be reviewed and how often the check should take place. I look at the current project situation, focus on the points where execution, coordination, or decision-making are getting weaker, and give direct feedback on what should be adjusted, clarified, or escalated. If needed, I support the next step—but the project remains with your team.

What gets checked

  • Whether the project is still set up to deliver what it is supposed to deliver
  • Where planning assumptions, risks, or dependencies need to be revisited
  • Which decisions are unclear, delayed, or no longer matched to the current situation
  • Where coordination between project lead, team, stakeholders, or management needs adjustment
  • Which issues should be corrected now, and which simply need to be monitored more closely

What you get

  • A clear outside view on the current project situation
  • Direct recommendations for adjustments and follow-up
  • Sharper next steps, responsibilities, and escalation points
  • Support where a short intervention helps move the project forward
  • Regular course correction without permanent outside involvement
